Welcome to Home Media Server.

  This appliance has been arranged to be used as a Small Office/Home Office server, with amazing multimedia serving capabilities. Everything is self contained so that you don't need additional software.

Subsonic is the main streaming app on this appliance.

A note about Java: Oracle Java JRE provided is 1.6.x. It was intentionally left unapgraded to 1.7 because of compatity issues with SERVIIO. As long as 1.6 is required, it will not be updated. Dont be afraid of 1.6 security problems because those are mostly client browser java-plugin holes which are NOT used here.

Located in /opt/multimedia/subsonic. It is written in JAVA, and it is ready to just start working.
